I visited for the first time last month for a work event, and the grounds are very serene and peaceful, especially looking out at Camelback Mountain. It's definitely a desert oasis. Always a great experience here. The conference room was comfortable and roomy. The only complaint was the exit. The plant growth around the edits are so overgrown it's almost impossible to see on coming traffic.
